Affiliate Disclosure

Disclosure of Affiliate Relationships

Cups on Melbourne (cupsonmelbourne.com.au) is a participant in affiliate marketing programs operated by online casinos and gambling operators. We earn affiliate commissions when users click on links to casino websites from our site and subsequently register or make deposits.

Independence of Reviews and Rankings

Our affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial decisions, casino rankings, or game reviews. All reviews and ratings on this site are based on our independent assessment of each casino's features, player safety, game selection, and user experience. We maintain editorial integrity separate from our commercial relationships.

Identifying Affiliate and Sponsored Links

Links to casino operators on this site are affiliate links. When you click these links and complete a registration or deposit, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Some content may also be marked as "Sponsored" where we have received direct compensation for featuring particular casinos.

Australian Consumer Law Compliance

This disclosure complies with the Australian Association of National Advertisers (AANA) Code of Ethics and the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). We are committed to transparent advertising practices and honest representation of our business relationships.

Your Responsibility

We encourage you to conduct your own research before engaging with any online casino. Verify all gambling operators are licensed and regulated. If you have concerns about gambling, contact Gambling Help Online or Lifeline Australia.
